Lake
Two acres in size with depths from 6ft to 8ft at the road end. Clay bottom with gravel bars and over hanging trees, and with two islands there are plenty of features for you to fish to.
The lake also has an all weather road making access to your chosen swim easy.
Swims
With 5 swims to choose from 3 on the finger one at the bottom corner and a double outside the lake side accommodation.Plenty of space for a social or a bit of stalking. Carp cradles weigh slings and landing nets are all supplied.
Fish and stock
The main fish stocking took place at the end of 2018 with another 20 added end of 2019 giving a total of 120 carp, plus 7 Grass carp. Lake record 48lb 5 oz when it came to the bank for a photo in May 2019
Accommodation
A refurbished converted railway carriage offers 2 twin bedrooms with open plan kitchen and lounge area. Freeview TV is available. The kitchen includes fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave plus crockery and utensils etc. The shower room has wc, sink and shower. Both english and french plugs are available along with usb ports.Bedding will be supplied please bring your own towlels Outside is a covered patio with table and chairs and a built in barbecue.
We are on mains electricity and water which is drinkable.
