Lake
North lake was re dug and dredged over several months and finished during Covid 19 lock down. The lake is 3.3 acres with a central island for 4 anglers. Depths from 6ft to 9ft being mostly clay bottom there are gravel bars, and plenty of features.
Swims
There are 6 swims on the lake with 2 being doubles, access by car is possible during the summer months, during winter we offer a free tackle delivery service to and from your chosen swim.
Fish and stock
After dredging had finished we put 100 fish 10lb to 20lb from our stock pond into the lake. The main stocking will be at the end of this year 2020 with the order in for 40 mid to upper 20's 10 x 30,s and 5 x 40,s ready for the 2021 season.
Accommodation
The modern lakeside chalet offers 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin both with built in storage. Open plan dining and kitchen area with fridge freezer, gas hob and oven. Pans, crockery, utensils etc are provided. Shower room with shower, sink and storage and a separate wc. Bedding will be supplied but please bring your own towels. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs and barbecue. We are on mains electric and water so the water is safe to drink.
